Step 1
Initial Consultation
We begin with a 60-minute video appointment where we go through your intake forms, discuss your symptoms, and review any past labs or diagnoses. This is where I start building your personalized health strategy, including ordering specialty labs where needed.
Step 2
​Lab Review and Custom Plan
Your second appointment and beyond focus on reviewing all test results and walking through a treatment plan designed for your body. You’ll receive tailored supplement protocols, dietary recommendations, and action steps based on real data.
Step 3
Ongoing Support
Health isn’t a one-time fix. We work together over time to refine your protocol, support healing, and address new challenges as they arise. You’ll have access to follow-up appointments and messaging support to keep you moving forward.
