Step 1
Initial Consultation
We begin with a 60-minute video appointment where we go through your intake forms, discuss your symptoms, and review any past labs or diagnoses. This is where I start building your personalized health strategy, including ordering specialty labs where needed.
Step 2
​Lab Review and Custom Plan
Your second appointment and beyond focus on reviewing all test results and walking through a treatment plan designed for your body. You’ll receive tailored supplement protocols, dietary recommendations, and action steps based on real data.
Step 3
Ongoing Support
Health isn’t a one-time fix. We work together over time to refine your protocol, support healing, and address new challenges as they arise. You’ll have access to follow-up appointments and messaging support to keep you moving forward.

Do you take insurance?I do not accept insurance but can provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement for appointment costs. You are responsible for understanding your plan benefits. If you have PPO insurance, you can choose to have Quest labs billed to your insurance plan, or take advantage of our steep lab discount with Quest Diagnostics.

Where do I do labs?Labs can be completed at Quest Diagnostics or through mailed kits. Many kits can be completed in the comfort of your home with self-collection. If a blood draw is needed for a specialty kit, I recommend using www.travalab.com or www.anylabtestnow.com

How do I get supplements?Supplement recommendations are provided through my secure Fullscript dispensary with my specific instructions for you.

How long does it take to see results?It's different for each person depending on the diagnosis, and how long their problem has been present. Most patients see improvements within 4–8 weeks of implementing their plan, with others finding almost immediate relief in many areas.
